History of Company

• 2001: Transtelco establishes its first network in Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
• 2003: Operations in El Paso, Texas begin and allow Transtelco to offer services on both sides of the Paso del Norte border region.
• 2005: The Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transporte (SCT) grants Transtelco a local telephony concession for Mexico.
• 2006: Transtelco begins operations as a full service telecommunications service provider and expands to the state of Baja California in Mexico as well as in California, U.S.A.
• 2009: The Juarez-Chihuahua long haul route is finished.
• 2010: Operations begin in three additional metropolitan markets in Northern Mexico.
• 2011: Transtelco acquires a long distance concession for Mexico.
